Delivery

Each item is handmade to order, from our workshop in Sussex, our usual turnaround time is 3-5 working days. Please see banner on our website for dispatch times/last order dates during special occasions such as Mother's Day/Father's Day etc. We also offer a fast track service should you need your order sooner, please see details of all options below.

Delivery options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 working day dispatch + 2-3 day delivery) - £3.65 or free on orders over £50

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (3-5 working day dispatch + 1 day delivery) - £4.95

FAST TRACK SERVICE - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (2 working day dispatch + 1 day delivery) - £9.70 (unavailable during busy periods)

You will receive a dispatch email from us with your tracking information once your order has been sent. Tracking updates will be provided by Royal Mail via Email/Text. If you can’t find your emails from us, please always check your spam/junk folder and add us to your safe senders to make sure we always appear in your inbox.

If your parcel is over the maximum Royal Mail size allowance then your order will be shipped by Parcelforce 48 or DPD.

We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK.
