Our order books are now closed for Christmas

Due to the ongoing strike action with Royal Mail, we have made the tough decision to close our order books earlier than usual. It's important to us that our customers all receive their items in time for Christmas, in order to do that we need to be able to get orders posted as early as possible.

All orders placed before midnight on 7th December will be posted by 13th December (before the next planned strikes on 14th & 15th).

Orders placed after 7th December will not be processed until 4th January.

Christmas is our busiest time of year and as a small family business, unlike large companies, we don't have the space to take on extra staff to help with busy periods. We work flat out during the Christmas period to get all your orders and gifts made and posted in plenty of time for Christmas, this year with the added challenge of the postal strikes! Once all orders are posted, we take a well needed break and our workshop will be closed until the new year.

We would like to take this opportunity to, once again, thank all our amazing customers for shopping small and supporting our business, especially this year with everyone feeling the effects of the cost of living crisis. It really does mean the world to us, and means we can keep doing what we love, making beautiful gifts for you and your loved ones.
