My personalisation doesn’t fit in the maximum characters limit, what can I do?
Our character limits are set based on the design of each product and should allow for the personalisation needed. However, if you need additional characters, please contact us at email@example.com stating which product and what you would like added. In some cases we may be able to add additional characters, although this may affect the design of the product, we are happy to discuss this with you and meet your requirements whenever possible.
Where is my order?
All our items are handmade to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.
We then send your parcel via Royal Mail 1st Class post, which can take 1-2 working days, we will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Your order should arrive within 1-2 working days after your dispatch email has been sent (please allow up to 4 days during peak times such as Christmas). Orders that fail to arrive must be notified to us within 21 calendar days, after this time we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. It is the customers responsibility to notify us of items that have not arrived within this time frame so that we can resolve the issue with Royal Mail.
Can you dispatch sooner than 10 days?
In some instances, we may be able to dispatch your items sooner, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order to discuss this.
I have an idea for a custom item not on your website, can you make it for me?
We are happy to create custom orders, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss your requirements. Providing it is within our capabilities we will be happy to make it for you.
Can I return my item?
As all our items are personalised to you all orders are non-returnable, please contact us if you have any further questions regarding this.
