Handmade, solid wooden plaque, featuring a raised wooden heart inlayed into the plaque. Each half is engraved with the couple’s names and available in a choice of 23 colours. Finished with your own personal message engraved under the heart. Easily wall mounted with the integrated keyhole brackets. Plaque available in 23 colour options.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS - Order before midnight on Monday 16th December for delivery in time for Christmas. Orders placed before this will be dispatched by 18th December.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail and postage costs are calculated at checkout based on size/weight.
